HICKORY IS HERE!

We went by the house tonight to check things out since our PM told us the floors were uncovered and they were starting to clean.  We wanted to see how everything went together.  We LOVE how it turned out.  Here are a few pictures of the kitchen/morning room with our cabinets and hickory floors!!!

I hope everyone had a Merry Christmas and  happy new year!  It has been really busy around here so I am just getting to updating the blog.  We went buy the house today after we went and bought dining room furniture! We actually scored an AWESOME deal on craigslist of all places.  We have had our eye on a formal set from a local furniture store in town and low and behold a couple who is moving and has to get rid of their stuff for a cross country move had just put the exact same brand new set for about 1/3 the price up for sale.  MAJOR SCORE since we were going to let that room sit empty for a while and huge thanks to my mom for scouring the internet for the big find.

Anyhow, we are about 10 days out for our walk through and while there has been a lot done, there is still a lot to do. I'll let the pictures do the talking!
